Roger D'Errico went into the hospital Monday, because of problems with indigestion and pain in his elbow... Thursday, he ended up having a quadruple by-pass! I know He was checked 3 weeks ago, Fran said, and he was fine! I forgot to find out what hospital, and what room, and what phone #, and if he can have visitors, but I left a message and I'll let you know as soon as the info comes in. WOW! ~Eric

Roger is recovering fairly well, and is expected to return home sometime Monday, if everything goes as it should.
He's in Eastern Maine Rm 419... His Room phone # is 973-5419, and he would like to hear from everyone.
Our prayers are with you and your family, and we hope you have a speedy recovery!

First I would like to say thank you to all the phone calls, cards and the flowers (the 20th Maine sent). I am doing very well so far. Next week I will see the surgeon and find out when I will be able to drive again, cut the grass, go fishing and attend the next event of the 20th Maine. If the Ft. Knox fall encampment is the weekend of the 19, 20 and 21 of Sept. I might be able to make it (if the doctor approves it); If not I would like to make Fright Night in October. I guess that's it for now. Roger

Just thought I would bring you up to date. On Tues. of this week I received an ok from my surgeon that I could do anything (within reason) I wanted. It was six weeks ago yesterday since the surgery. I am feeling just great. Yesterday I cut and trimmed my lawn (it took several hours with several breaks). On Wed. I started a 12 week cardiac wellness program; three times a week which includes working out in the gym at E. M. M. C.. Hope to be able to attend some of the upcoming events. All my best, Roger aka Bvt. 2nd Lt. D'Errico
